The house

Living & dining

Originally built as an officers' house, 't Kleihuys unfolds vertically across several floors, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere throughout the home.

On the ground floor, guests enjoy a cosy living room and a spacious dining area with a shared fridge, complimentary coffee and tea, and an honesty bar. Handmade porcelain tableware, lighting and carefully designed details bring a quiet sense of craftsmanship and character to the space.

The rooms

The five guest rooms are named after the family members who live here. Spread across the upper floors, each has its own atmosphere, views and character — original architectural elements, natural materials and handmade porcelain details throughout.

Afterwards, you can park safely and for free at P&R Lodewijk Coiseaukaai, then walk back (about 15–20 minutes) or take bus line 2 — which runs every 10 minutes — and get off at Carmersbrug. Alternatively, the secured underground Parking Langestraat (Predikerenrei 4) costs €18 per 24 hours and is a 10-minute walk away.

At check-in you can receive a small map with the available parking options.
